Custom Fabrication and Welding in Chino

The short answer

OCRV Center builds and repairs custom metal, aluminum, and steel components for RVs, trailers, and fleet vehicles in our Yorba Linda shop, from one-off brackets to frame and structural welds. Most fabrication runs from $250 to $20,000.

Ballpark: $250 to $20,000+

Some parts do not exist until you build them: a rack sized to a specific van, a reinforced storage tray, or a mount that carries real load. For Chino owners we fabricate and weld steel, aluminum, and fiberglass to fit the actual rig, using the same bays as our collision work. Every piece is measured, built, and finished in-shop at our Yorba Linda facility so it bolts up clean.

Fabrication and welding we handle

Most work is a one-off that no parts shelf carries, so we design it to the vehicle and build it from raw stock. Racks, bumpers, hitches, and storage trays come together in steel or aluminum, while fiberglass panels and enclosures are laid up and shaped to match. We measure to the actual mounting points so the finished piece sits flush and holds its load.

  • Custom racks, bumpers, and hitches
  • Steel and aluminum welding
  • Storage trays and compartment doors
  • Fiberglass panel and enclosure fabrication
  • Fleet and municipal equipment mounts

Structural welds and frame reinforcement

When the part carries weight, like a trailer frame, a crossmember, or a heavy rack mount, we weld to the real load rather than the look of a bead. Joints are prepped, welded, and dressed, then finished and coated so the metal resists corrosion on the road. The same standard we use on structural collision repair carries straight into every fabrication job.

  • Trailer frame and crossmember welds
  • Load-rated mount and bracket reinforcement
  • Joint prep, weld, and dressing
  • Corrosion coating and protective finish
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you fabricate a custom rack or bracket for my RV?+

Yes. We measure your rig and build one-off racks, brackets, and mounts in steel, aluminum, or fiberglass so the piece fits and holds, all in our Yorba Linda shop.

Do you weld trailer frames and crossmembers?+

Yes. We repair and reinforce trailer frames and crossmembers, welding to the load the part carries and coating the metal against corrosion so the repair lasts on the road under real weight.

Do you build for fleet and municipal vehicles?+

Yes. We fabricate and mount equipment, racks, and enclosures on commercial, fleet, and municipal vehicles for Chino operators, using the same welding and finishing standards as our collision work.
