A pet grooming van is a cargo van or box conversion with a wet, high-humidity grooming bay built inside: a stainless or fiberglass tub, water tanks, a hot-water heater, plumbing, and a sealed waterproof floor. The number one killer of a grooming van is water that escapes the bay and works into the subfloor and lower body. A cracked tub seal, a loose drain, or a flexed floor after a pothole or collision lets moisture wick into structure you cannot see. We pull the affected flooring, dry and treat the substrate, repair or replace rotted panels, and reseal every penetration so the bay stays watertight.
We photograph and document the conversion, the tub, the plumbing, and any electrical or generator components for your insurer so the claim reflects the working van, not an empty cargo shell. Insurance is billed direct to your carrier.

Yes. Floor corrosion and subfloor rot from constant water exposure is one of the most common grooming-van repairs we do. We remove the failed flooring, treat or replace the substrate, repair the body underneath, and lay a new sealed waterproof floor so the bay holds water again.
