Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers on insurance claims, estimates, turnaround, the vehicles we repair, and how to get started with OCRV Center in Chino.

Where is OCRV Center located and what areas do you serve?+
OCRV Center is at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, just off the 91 in north Chino. All work is performed in shop at our Yorba Linda facility, and customers come to us from across Chino, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego for specialty work.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?+
Yes. We bill direct with every major carrier, including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, Mercury, Allstate, and many more. We handle the photos, estimate, supplements, and negotiation so you are not caught between the shop and the adjuster.
What types of vehicles do you repair?+
We repair RVs and motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, Sprinter and camper vans, commercial trucks, semis, box trucks, buses, municipal fleet vehicles, and specialty and electric vehicles like Rivian. All years, all makes, all classes.
How do estimates work?+
We put a written estimate in your hands before any work begins. For RV systems issues, like a slide, awning, water, or electrical problem, a diagnostic estimate is $150, credited toward an authorized repair, and an in depth diagnostic is $285. Insurance walk ins are always welcome.
Do you offer mobile or roadside repair?+
No. All work is performed in shop at our Yorba Linda facility, where we have the equipment, lift capacity, and paint booth to do the job right. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service.
How long does a repair take?+
It depends entirely on the scope, from a few days for a minor repair to several weeks for a full repaint or major structural rebuild. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated as the work moves through the shop.
How do I get started on a repair or claim?+
Call us at (949) 799-3387 or request a quote online. For a claim, have your claim number ready and we take it from there. We will set up your written estimate and walk you through the next steps.
Can you repair and document custom van builds and modifications?+
Yes. We repair Sprinter, ProMaster, and Transit conversions and other modified vans, and we document the build and aftermarket work so an insurance claim reflects the real value of your van, not a generic estimate.
What if my insurance company undervalues the repair?+
We tear down to find hidden damage, document it with photos, and write supplements so the repair is approved completely before work proceeds. In California you have the right to choose your own shop, and we coordinate the claim from first call to final payment.
Do you stand behind your work?+
Yes. Every repair passes a multi point quality inspection before delivery, and we document the work for you and your carrier. Our focus is doing the repair correctly the first time so your vehicle leaves looking like the accident never happened.
