Mobile Coffee and Beverage Truck Repair in Chino

The short answer

OCRV Center repairs mobile coffee and beverage trucks in our Yorba Linda shop, from collision and body work to leaking water systems, service windows, and stainless build-outs, with insurance billed direct.

Ballpark: $1,500 to $40,000+

A coffee or beverage truck is a step van, box truck, or trailer packed with food-service infrastructure: stainless counters, sinks, a fresh and gray water plumbing system, a service window, and heavy electrical for espresso machines and refrigeration. The water, the heat, and the service opening cut into the body all create their own damage. We repair the body and the build-out together in our shop.

Mobile coffee and beverage truck repairs we handle

The service window is a large cut in the body wall, so its frame, seal, and hardware take stress and leak as the truck flexes down the road. The water system runs sinks and machines, so its lines and tanks leak into the floor. We repair the service window and its surround, fix and reseal the plumbing, repair stainless and counter surfaces, and handle collision and body work on the shell. We check that the body around the window opening is still sound after any impact.

  • Collision and body panel repair on step vans, box trucks, and trailers
  • Service window frame, seal, and hardware repair
  • Fresh and gray water plumbing and tank repair
  • Stainless counter, sink, and backsplash repair
  • Exterior paint, wrap, and graphics refinishing

Where water and the service window fail

Two things drive most beverage-truck repairs: water escaping the plumbing into the subfloor, and the service window leaking or binding. Both let moisture into structure that rots and corrodes. We pull failed flooring, dry and rebuild the substrate, reseal the plumbing penetrations, and repair the service window so it opens, latches, and seals against weather and pests.

We document the food-service build-out, the plumbing, the stainless, and the electrical for refrigeration and machines so your insurer sees the working truck. Insurance is billed direct to your carrier, all in our Yorba Linda shop.

  • Subfloor drying, rebuild, and waterproof flooring repair
  • Plumbing penetration and tank resealing
  • Service window weather and pest seal repair
  • Food-service build-out documentation for insurance
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you repair the service window on a coffee or beverage truck?+

Yes. We repair the window frame, the surrounding body, the hardware, and the seal so it opens and latches smoothly and seals tight against weather and pests. If a collision distorted the opening, we straighten the body around it first.

Do you fix water damage in the floor from the plumbing or sinks?+

Yes. We remove the affected flooring, dry and rebuild the substrate, repair the body underneath, reseal the plumbing penetrations, and lay new sealed flooring so the build stays dry and sanitary.

Do you bill insurance for mobile coffee truck repair?+

Yes. We bill your carrier direct and document the food-service build-out, plumbing, stainless, and electrical so the estimate reflects the working truck. All repairs are done in our Yorba Linda shop.
