RV Paint Shop and Refinishing in Chino

The short answer

OCRV Center is a full RV and specialty vehicle paint shop. We spray full repaints, blend panels, and match factory colors in a downdraft booth for a deep, even finish built to hold up to sun and freeway miles. Full repaints typically run from $5,000 to $35,000.

The RV paint job process at OCRV Center
Ballpark: $500 to $35,000+

Painting a motorhome is a different craft than painting a car. The panels are tall, the color often wraps a cap or a slide, and the finish has to hold up to sun and freeway miles. We prep to bare substrate where needed, spray in a controlled booth, and color sand and buff to a deep, even shine.

Paint services we offer

A repaint lives or dies in the prep, so most booth time comes before color goes down. We strip failed clear, feather old repairs, treat oxidized gelcoat, and prime for a uniform substrate. Chino owners bring coaches and single panels to our Yorba Linda booth, where downdraft airflow keeps dust off the finish.

  • Full coach repaints in single stage, base and clear, metallic, and multi stage
  • Spot repair and panel blending that hides the repair edge
  • Custom color match and color change
  • Custom graphics, stripes, and decal replacement
  • Clear coat restoration on faded gelcoat and paint

How we get a clean match

Color match on a faded coach is about reading the panel, not just the formula. We spray test cards, blend into adjacent panels, and check the result in booth light and daylight before we commit, so the finished repair reads as one continuous finish.

  • Spectrophotometer and spray-out card verification
  • Blend zones mapped into the adjacent panels
  • Metallic and pearl orientation matched to the coach
Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a full RV repaint take?+

A full coach repaint is a multi week project because of the prep, masking, spray, and cure time involved on that much surface. We give you a realistic timeline up front based on the size of the rig and the scope, and we keep you updated as it moves through the booth.

Can you match my faded factory paint for a spot repair?+

Yes. We mix to the formula and then adjust to the actual faded panel, spray test cards, and blend into the surrounding panels so the repair disappears. A good blend is the difference between a repair you can spot and one you cannot.

Can you repaint one panel without the coach looking mismatched?+

Yes. We match the existing color, then blend the new paint into the panels beside the repair so the transition disappears instead of stopping at a hard edge.
