Mobile Retail Truck Repair in Chino

The short answer

OCRV Center repairs mobile retail trucks and boutiques in our Yorba Linda shop, from collision and body work to fold-down display doors, shelving, and finished retail interiors, with insurance billed direct.

Ballpark: $1,500 to $40,000+

A mobile retail truck is a box truck, step van, or trailer turned into a shop on wheels: merchandising shelves and racks, display lighting, a large fold-down or roll-up service opening, and a finished customer-facing interior. The big display opening cut into the body and the merchandising fixtures drive the repairs these units need. We handle the body and the retail build-out in our shop.

Mobile retail truck repairs we handle

A retail truck lives on its display opening and its fixtures. The fold-down wall or roll-up door is a large cut in the body that takes weather, road flex, and daily use, so its hinges, seals, and supports wear and leak. We repair the display door and its surround, repair shelving and rack mounts, fix the lighting and electrical, and handle collision and body work on the shell. After an impact we verify the body around the large opening is still square so the door closes flush.

  • Collision and body panel repair on box trucks, step vans, and trailers
  • Fold-down display wall and roll-up service door repair
  • Shelving, rack, and merchandising fixture reanchoring
  • Display lighting and electrical repair
  • Exterior paint, wrap, and graphics refinishing

Keeping the display opening square and sealed

Cutting a wide opening into the side or rear of a truck weakens the body around it, so collision force and years of opening and closing leave the frame out of square and the seals leaking. We straighten and reinforce the opening, repair the hinges and supports, and reseal it so the display door closes flush and keeps weather and dust out of the merchandise.

We document the retail build-out, the fixtures, the lighting, and the display hardware for your insurer so the claim reflects the working boutique, not an empty box. Insurance is billed direct to your carrier, all in our Yorba Linda shop.

  • Display opening squaring and reinforcement
  • Hinge, support, and seal repair on display doors
  • Merchandising fixture and lighting repair
  • Retail build-out documentation for insurance
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you repair the fold-down display wall or roll-up door on a retail truck?+

Yes. We repair the hinges, supports, seals, and the body around the opening so the display door folds down level or rolls up smoothly and seals tight. If a collision distorted the opening, we straighten and reinforce the body first.

Do you reanchor shelving and merchandising fixtures that came loose?+

Yes. We repair the wall and floor structure the fixtures mount to, then reinstall the shelving, racks, and displays securely so they hold their load and stay put on the road.

Do you bill insurance for mobile retail truck repair?+

Yes. We bill your carrier direct and document the fixtures, lighting, and display hardware so the estimate reflects the equipped retail truck. All work is done in our Yorba Linda shop.
