OCRV Center runs the whole repair so you do not have to coordinate between an adjuster and a shop. Written estimate, direct insurance billing, supplements for hidden damage, expert repair, quality check, and delivery.
The six step process

Evaluation and estimate
Call or request a quote. We assess the damage, explain your insurance options, and put a written estimate in your hands. Insurance walk ins are welcome.

Insurance coordination
We bill your carrier direct and handle the photos, paperwork, and communication. You bring the claim number, we take it from there.

Approval and supplements
After teardown we document any hidden damage and write a supplement to your carrier, so the repair is approved completely before we proceed.

Expert repair
Your vehicle moves through our shop across body, paint, structure, and systems, handled by technicians who work on rigs like yours every day.

Quality control
Every vehicle passes a multi point inspection covering structure, paint, seals, and systems before it is cleared for delivery.

Delivery and handover
We return your vehicle clean and documented, and walk you through everything that was repaired before you drive away.
