Most rigs waste their best space, a deep basement bay you can only reach by crawling, a wall that could hold a wardrobe, or a garage that needs to haul a generator and a grill without everything sliding around. We design and fabricate storage that fits the actual cavity and the way you load it. All storage work is in-shop only at our Yorba Linda facility.
Storage we design and build
The single biggest upgrade for most owners is a heavy-duty slide-out cargo tray in the basement bay. Instead of crawling head-first into a dark compartment, the tray rolls out on rated slides so the gear comes to you. We size the tray to the opening, rate the slides to the load, and reinforce the floor of the bay so a loaded tray does not sag or rack.
Inside the coach we build drawers, pantry pull-outs, wardrobes, and cabinetry that match the existing woodgrain and hardware, so a new bank of drawers reads as factory rather than an add-on. We account for travel, latching every drawer and door so nothing flies open on the road.

Built to the cavity and rated to the load
Storage is a fabrication job before it is a carpentry job. We measure the real opening, account for plumbing, wiring, and ducting hidden in the wall or floor, then build the box and the slides to the weight you will actually load. Drawer slides and tray rails are rated to the cargo, not guessed at, so a full tray still glides after a year on rough roads.
Weight and balance matter in an RV, so we keep heavy storage low and over the axles where we can, and we flag it when a planned build would push the rig past a reasonable cargo limit. A written estimate follows the design so you know the scope before we build.
Matched to your interior
A storage build should look like it came with the coach. We match woodgrain, laminate, and hardware to the existing cabinetry, seal raw edges, and finish surfaces so the new piece wears the same as the old. Every door and drawer gets a travel latch so it stays shut on the highway, and we test the full range of motion before the rig leaves the shop.
