Our application process
Before any coating touches the paint we make sure the surface is clinically clean. We correct the finish first, then chemical-decontaminate, clay, and do a final wipe-down with a dedicated prep solvent to strip every trace of polishing oil. A coating bonds to bare clearcoat or gelcoat, so any oil, wax, or residue left behind ruins adhesion and leaves high spots. This prep stage is the bulk of the labor.
We apply the coating panel by panel in a controlled indoor bay, spreading it in a cross-hatch pattern and leveling it off in a tight time window before it flashes.
