City and County Governments

The short answer

City and county fleets carry a mix of nothing alike: pool sedans, code enforcement trucks, building inspection vans, and the specialty rigs every department runs. When one is wrecked or scuffed, OCRV Center brings it into our 35,000 square foot Yorba Linda facility, repairs the body and finish correctly, and documents the work the way a public fleet manager needs for the file. Everything happens in shop, so the vehicle is handled in one place from teardown to final paint.

Common challenges

Problems we solve

Repairs have to survive an audit and a public records request

How we help: We write up the teardown, the parts, and the labor in detail so the repair stands up to procurement review and any records request.

Fleet vehicles span dozens of makes with no standard

How we help: We work on sedans, light trucks, vans, and specialty units across all makes and years, all in shop, so you have one body shop instead of several.

City seals, livery, and reflective markings complicate body work

How we help: We mask, paint, and reapply department graphics, seals, and reflective striping as part of the refinish so the vehicle returns to service correct.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide documentation for our records?+

Yes. We document the teardown, parts, and labor in detail so the repair meets the record-keeping and procurement requirements a public fleet operates under.

Can you reapply our city seals and markings?+

Yes. We mask and refinish around department graphics, seals, and reflective striping, and reapply them as part of the body and paint work so the vehicle returns to service looking correct.

Do you bill our insurer or risk pool directly?+

Yes. We bill carriers and self-insured risk pools direct and write supplements for hidden damage so your staff is not coordinating between a shop and an adjuster.
