# Sprinter and Camper Van Conversion

> We convert and upfit Sprinter, ProMaster, and Transit vans in shop, from camper build-outs to work and mobile-business interiors.

A bare cargo van becomes a livable home or a working rig only when the interior is designed, built, and wired correctly. OCRV Center builds camper, adventure, and mobile-business interiors for Chino owners on Sprinter, ProMaster, and Transit chassis. We fabricate the cabinetry, insulate the shell, wire the power, and secure the storage, so the finished build travels safe, quiet, and comfortable in every season.

## Camper and custom build-outs

Every conversion starts with a layout drawn around how you actually use the van, then gets built in solid, road-rated materials that handle vibration and weight limits. We frame and install convertible sleeping and seating, galley cabinetry, and wet-bath fitments, and we can carve out a dedicated mobile-office or trade workspace when the van has to earn its keep.

- Convertible beds, benches, and dinettes
- Galley kitchens with sink, counter, and appliances
- Wet bath and shower fitment
- Mobile office and trade workspace build-outs
- Overhead cabinets and secured storage

## Electrical, solar, and systems

Off-grid comfort depends on power that is sized, fused, and installed to spec, so our systems team handles the whole electrical package. We set the auxiliary battery bank, inverter, and 12-volt runs, mount and wire rooftop solar into lithium storage, and integrate shore-power charging. Diesel auxiliary heat and thermal insulation round out a shell that stays comfortable through every season.

- Auxiliary battery, inverter, and 12-volt wiring
- Rooftop solar with lithium storage
- Shore-power and charging integration
- Diesel auxiliary heat (Webasto, Espar) fitment
- Floor, wall, and ceiling insulation

## Frequently asked questions

### Which vans do you convert?

We convert the Mercedes Sprinter, RAM ProMaster, and Ford Transit into camper, mobile-office, medical, and service builds, all completed in our Yorba Linda shop for Chino and wider Orange County owners.

### Do you handle van engine or transmission work?

No. We are a conversion, body, and systems shop, so we build and finish the interior, wiring, solar, and storage. Engine, transmission, and drivetrain repair fall outside what we take on.

### Can you finish a conversion someone else started?

Yes. We take over stalled or partially built vans, review the earlier framing and wiring, correct anything unsafe or out of code, and complete the build to a functional, road-ready standard that passes our own inspection.
