Hidden moisture, delaminated luan, and crushed framing get documented and repaired before a single new finish goes in, because a beautiful remodel over a soft floor fails fast. From there the build is sequenced in a deliberate order: structure and substrate first, then rough plumbing and wiring, then flooring, then cabinetry and countertops, then wall and ceiling panels, then trim, lighting, and soft goods. Weight is treated as a design constraint the entire way through. We can phase it. Many owners do floors, cabinetry, and panels in one visit and save lighting or soft goods for later. Doing the structural and flooring work together first is the part we recommend not splitting up. ### Can you remodel around the existing slide-outs and appliances? Yes. We rebuild around working slides and appliances when you want to keep them, and our systems team can pull, refit, or replace them if the new layout calls for it.
