We isolate which by charging the system on shop water, watching the pump cycle, and inspecting every run from the fill to the last fixture. Pinhole leaks in a PEX elbow behind a wall do not announce themselves, so we pull access panels and follow the wet trail rather than guess. Most coaches use a 12V demand pump that should hold pressure and shut off when no fixture is open. A pump that short cycles, runs dry, or pulses points at a failed check valve, a waterlogged accumulator, or air drawn in on the suction side. Once located, we cut back to sound pipe and join with crimp or expansion fittings rated to the line. A slow leak is the expensive one because it rots subfloor and feeds delamination long before it puddles. That is almost always a leak somewhere downstream or a failed check valve or accumulator. We charge the system, isolate sections, and find whether the pump is chasing a real leak or chasing itself. Both are common and both are repairable in shop. ### My water tastes and smells like plastic. Can you fix that? Yes. That taste is usually biofilm in a tank or lines that sat with standing water, or a filter that was never changed. We flush and chlorine-sanitize the whole potable system and address the source so the taste does not come back. ### Do you work on the black and gray tanks too, or just fresh water?
