# Frame and Structural Straightening in Chino

> OCRV Center straightens bent frames and chassis on RVs, trailers, box trucks, and semis in Chino using measured pulls back to factory spec. Structural and frame work generally runs from $750 to $20,000 depending on the vehicle and the bend.

A frame that is off by even a small amount shows up as uneven tire wear, doors that will not latch, and slides that bind. We anchor the vehicle, measure the structure against factory points, and pull it back into tolerance before any cosmetic work begins.

## How we straighten a frame

Straightening starts with measurement, not force. We anchor the chassis, mount targets on factory points, and read how far each rail has moved before a ram is set. Each pull is planned from those numbers, so the frame returns to spec in stages.

- Anchor the chassis and measure against factory control points
- Pull the structure in stages so the metal moves without tearing
- Reinforce or replace cross members and frame rails when needed
- Recheck alignment and verify doors, slides, and caps sit true

## Built for heavy and oversized vehicles

Most body shops cannot fit a 40 foot diesel pusher or a loaded box truck, let alone pull its frame. Our 35,000 square foot facility has the lift capacity and the certified welders to handle structural work on the largest rigs we service, all in shop at our Yorba Linda location.

- Class A, Super C, and towable coach frames
- Box truck, cutaway, and semi chassis pulls
- Final measurement report kept with the repair file

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I know if my RV frame is bent?

Common signs are uneven or rapid tire wear, a door or slide that suddenly will not seal, a body that looks twisted, or a pull while driving. After any significant impact it is worth a measured inspection, because a small frame shift can damage seals and systems over time if it is left alone.

### Can a bent motorhome frame be repaired or does it need replacement?

Most frames can be straightened back to factory tolerance with a measured pull and selective reinforcement. Full replacement is rare and reserved for severe structural failure. We measure first and give you an honest call before committing to either path.

### Do you straighten commercial truck frames too?

Yes. The same bench that pulls a diesel pusher handles box trucks, cutaways, and semi chassis at our Yorba Linda shop. We do not perform engine, transmission, or drivetrain work, so those items are referred out.
